The Ring Boxing is a boxing-dedicated gym in Canggu, not a general fitness club. Everything is built around the sport: boxing training, professional coaching, and strength and conditioning for athletes of all levels, from beginners and children to experienced and professional boxers. Their Kids Boxing Classes help children build coordination, discipline, fitness and confidence in a fun, structured setting. There are also women's boxing classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 5 PM. Their goal is to make boxing accessible to all ages and experience levels while building a strong community around movement, discipline and a shared passion for the sport. Knowmads families get 50% off their child's first Kids Boxing Class (IDR 75,000 instead of IDR 150,000). Classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4 PM, each session lasts 60 minutes and suits kids of all ages, and boxing gloves can be provided if needed.
