Deleting your Knowmads account
You can delete your account yourself at any time — no email or support request needed.
How to delete your account
- Log in and open My Account.
- Choose "Delete account" and follow the confirmation step.
- Your account and personal data are removed immediately.
What is deleted
Your profile, login methods, Club Card, chat conversations, newsletter subscription and push notification registrations.
What is kept
Payment and invoice records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Perk-redemption statistics for our partners are kept in an anonymised form that no longer identifies you.
Past paid memberships
Knowmads membership is free. If you had a paid membership in the past, it has already ended and deleting your account changes nothing about billing; historical payment records are retained as required by law.
